Documentation

AFP understands that obtaining the proper documentation is key to maintaining compliance with U.S. Coast Guard standards. We have developed customized inspection reports to meet documentation requirements in an effort to make it easier for our marine customers to maintain a working relationship with the United States Coast Guard. Our technicians are Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card holders so that they can enter secure areas such as ports, port facilities, boats, and continental shelf facilities. We strive to maintain superior standards when handling our customers documentation needs.

Asset Tracking

Associate Fire Protection keeps detailed information of all life safety systems by vessel. Clients can view and download equipment lists by vessel, inspection reports, work orders, and invoices via our customer portal. We also work closely with our clients to rectify any deficiencies identified during a fire safety inspection.

Response Time

We understand that system issues and deficiencies need to be addressed immediately and any delays could place an inconvenient hold on travel. With five locations throughout New York and New Jersey our technicians are on call 24/7 to reach any port in the New York/New Jersey area. In addition, AFP offers you peace of mind by providing one point of contact for all of your fire protection and safety needs.
